Aluminum Boat Produce Process:

1.All of our fishing & working boat are made of Marine-grade aluminum 5083-H116 with China Ship Classification Society ( CCS )

2.Welding Specification :

1) TIG and MIG are to be adopted for this ship .

2) The ultrasonic inspection to be carried out for the cross joint of seam and other important place .

3) From 5083-H116 material to welding wires to welding use gas & experienced

   qualified welders .

4) The bottom is double bottom system and constructed on the longitudinal system of framing .

5) Solid floors

   will be provided at every frame station , the side transverse frames will be fitted at a space of 500mm ."
